Introduction

The Service Desk provides services supporting users to access and use the applications managed by Shared Services SA

The Service Desk will track, prioritise and solve user support requests and process user access requests related to:

  • CHRIS21 and HR21

  • Basware Current Generation (CG) and Basware New Generation (NG)

  • Purchase Card Expense Management System (EMS) and ANZ Transactive

  • Masterpiece (SYSH, SYS1) 

  • Tenders and Contracts
