Manage your Pay-HR21

Introduction

Employees access HR21 self-service to perform self-service functions, including checking leave balances, applying for leave, updating personal information and more.

Getting started

  • HR21 self-service is the primary mechanism for employees to:
  • View payslips
  • Change personal details
  • Change bank details and pay deductions
  • Access leave balances

SA Police - Access is only from inside the SAPOL network, copy and paste the SAPOL-HR21 link in your SAPOL network browser

 

How to

Access to HR21 

  1. Select SharedServices.sa.gov.au/Payroll, select your Agency's-HR21 
  2. Login to the HR21 application (username and password)
  3. Enter your username and password
  4. Select 'Login'
