Used by Mangers of employees in the Autopay pay type to verify that team members have been paid in accordance with their employment contact, i.e. hours paid, classification, position and cost centre Used by Managers of employees in the Autopay pay type to verify that leave physically taken by team members has been recorded in CHRIS 21.  Leave records listed on the report are verified against a leave planner tracker

When to run

When to run

Access HR21 fortnightly to View and Approve the report Access HR21 monthly to View and Approve the report for the period two months in arrears (i.e. a report in December will show leave for the month of October - allowance for late/amended leave applications)

Agencies not using the automated Online Bonafide process - use the WebFocus Bonafide process
