Urgent Payment Request Form

To request an Urgent EFT payment, follow these steps:

  1. Select the "Request for Urgent Payment Form" (State Net access required)

  2. Save the form to your drive/folder directory

  3. Follow instructions on the form

  4. Return completed, authorised form with support documents to Shared Services SA (Accounts Payable):

Urgent payments will be paid within four business hours, or as agreed - an Urgent Payment Processing fee applies
