Redemption Payments

A request for Redemption Payment to an employee is submitted by an agency/Return to Work Services and completed by the TVSP Team.

1. Complete Request for Calculation of Tax on Weekly Payment Redemption - Form 1

2. Send completed form to DPCPayrollTerminationsTeam@sa.gov.au 

3. Payroll Terminations Team will calculate the tax component and return Form 1 to Claims Manager to review

4. If details are correct, complete Request for payment of Weekly Payment Redemption - Form 2

5. Send completed form to DPCPayrollTerminationsTeam@sa.gov.au
