The Customer Performance team keeps our agencies up to date with information, facts and services  

The Customer Performance team provides agencies with the following services:

  • developing bulletins and communications 
  • maintaining the list of key agency contacts and SSSA escalation contacts
  • reviewing Service Design documentation
  • development and updates to the Shared Services SA web-site and related platforms
  • central point for the collation of customer service complaints and feedback.
